Here at Love Bee Studios, located in New Tecumseth, Ontario, we focus on timeless portraits that inspire confidence, strength and self-love.

As your photographer and guide, I will not only help you look your best, but FEEL your best. My passion is to help women FEEL beautiful when they leave the studio, and take that confidence into real life.

This portrait session is not just for one day, but a lifetime. The beginning of a journey to exploring a new you.

How to Reserve Your Photo Experience

WE REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER OF $350 TO RESERVE YOUR DATE, ALONG WITH A SIGNED PHOTO AGREEMENT.

AFTER YOUR SESSION YOU WILL VIEW ALL YOUR BEST IMAGES AND DECIDE ON WHAT COLLECTION YOU WOULD LIKE. THE $350 DEPOSIT WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR FINAL COLLECTION BALANCE.

YOU MAY CHOOSE AND PRE-PAY FOR ANY OF THE COLLECTIONS BEFORE YOUR SESSION, AND SAVE AN ADDITIONAL %10 FROM YOUR FINAL BALANCE. YOU UPGRADE YOUR CHOSEN COLLECTION LATER AT TIME OF IMAGE REVEAL.

    I just had my boudoir session with Bobbi-Jo and can't say enough! Absolutely loved and appreciated all of the little details - sticky note on the mirror, welcome sign, incorporating the key words, motivation and votes of confidence through the entire process!     Having recently gone through cancer treatments, I was having a hard time looking at myself in the mirror and my confidence was low. I wanted to embrace my scars and love myself again. DETAILS AND FAQ’S

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • All collections include web-sized digital versions of purchased images.

  • Rescheduling of viewing and ordering appointments without 48 hours notice are subject to a fee of $150


     

PAYMENT DETAILS

  • The retainer of $350 plus hst is due at the time of booking to secure your date. Any remaining balance on pre-purchased collections is due no later than the day of your photo shoot.

  • Longest term of the payment plan is 6 months.

  • You may choose to upgrade to a bigger collection or add wall art at time of reveal session. This balance will be subject to payment within 6 month maximum, with a minimum monthly payment of $250.

  • Orders will be placed once the final payment is received.

  • Late fee of $3 per day will be charged if payments are late or skipped, unless an agreement has been made.

  • Payments are accepted via cash, debit, credit, Square, PayPal

  • Due to the digital and custom nature of this work, all sales are final.

  • To receive the BONUS items listed in certain collections, full payment of your final selections must be paid in full within 48 hours of the reveal session.

 

TIMELINES

  • Custom portfolio collections, albums, and wall art take 6-12 weeks to produce.

  • Digital edits will take a maximum 2 weeks.
     

 

HOLIDAY TIMELINES

  • Fine art albums and wall art can take 3-4 months to produce.

  • Digital edits will take 2-3 weeks.

  • We suggest booking your session a minimum of 2 months before you desire your printed products.

  • We also have an adapted option for those that are more budget sensitive, ask about our specialty Petite Experiences which start at $875 . These sessions are booked on specific days each month and are for one person only. Includes digital images only.
